Ordering

How To Shop

  1. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified of new collections and launches beforehand.
  2. New collections are found under the “New In” tab. 
  3. Once you have selected the item(s) you would like to purchase and indicated your size, color or quantity you wish to purchase. Click "Add to Cart".
  4. You may continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link.
  5. When you are ready to check out, click on "Checkout" link to view your purchase(s). You may adjust quantities in your bag and click on "Update" to re-calculate your order. You can also view the item(s) in your bag at anytime whilst shopping. To remove item(s), simply click on "Remove" next to the item(s). Also note that items added to bag may be carted out at any time by another shopper before you check out.
  6. If you have registered an account with us, log in with your registered email account and password. You may also choose not to register an account with us and check out with a guest account. You are advised to register an account with us as you do not need to repeatedly enter your details during checkout.
  7. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. We advise customers to ensure all details are correct before clicking the confirm button.
  8. After checking-out, payment invoice details and an order confirmation email will be sent out to you shortly via email. 
  9. An email will be sent to you when your item has been mailed.

 
Laundry Care

  • We strongly advise all customers to handwash the apparels in mild detergent.
  • Please remember to turn the apparels inside out before washing/ironing.
  • Avoid using the spin/dry function , especially for delicate materials like lace, sewn on sequins, embellishments, knits.
  • For apparels with 2 or more colours, please refrain from soaking them in water.
  • Low heat iron should be used for materials such as chiffon/lace/silk/polyester/viscose etc.

All merchandise sold on THEVELVETDOLLS.SG is intended for personal use only, and not for commercial resale. THEVELVETDOLLS.SG will not disclose your email address or any other personal and confidential information.

All items on THEVELVETDOLLS.SG are in stock unless otherwise stated.

If an item is all pending or out-of-stock, it will be indicated "Sold Out" next to the respective size and/or color on the product page.

Items placed on "Backorders" are no longer in stock and will arrive again in 4-8 weeks' time (dependent on peak season or not). Kindly join the Backorder to secure a piece if you are comfortable with the waiting time. 

 **Important: Any order with Backorder items will take 4-8 weeks to ship (depending on est. date of arrival stated on backorder product page). 

Currency displayed is in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Once a payment invoice has been mailed to your inbox, payment can be made via Credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard via PayPal. You will not be required to register for a PayPal account to complete your purchases.

We regret to inform that we do not accept concealed cash/cheque/money order at THEVELVETDOLLS.SG. We also no longer accept Internet banking or ATM transfers.

After payment has been made, your order will be processed for shipping. You may monitor the order's status via "My Account". Only customers with a registered account will be able to view their order status. Customers who choose to check out via a guest account will not be able to view their order status. Hence, we highly recommend customers to register an account with us.
